Henri Lansbury and Jordan Spence scored the final minute of the first half and second half respectively to win the game.

The Brazilians had already qualified at the end of their second group game and the loss had no effect on their knockout stage qualification from Group B. Though, they could have had a more favourable round of 16 fixture if they drew with or beat England to take top spot.
